Full Service Program

There are four areas to consider when launching a full service, inkjet cartridge, program. We do not implement a 'cookie-cutter' solution, we work with you to make the final determination as to the optimal mix of each effort, which will be driven by:

  • the individual characteristics of your stores

  • customer volume and demographics

  • geographic coverage

One stop shopping; refills, compatibles, and OEM products.
In-store refill centers: Dedicated equipment and personnel refilling inkjet cartridges on site for quick turnaround and the lowest price. A quality product is guaranteed and each cartridge is tested before and after refilling. Customer savings is typically 50% or more based on recommended pricing strategies.
Compatible cartridges: The consumer market for alternative cartridges that are compatible with OEM products, now exceeds $2 billion annually. Providing the correct product mix given the rapid change in printer technology, is key to reducing obsolescence and meeting customer demand.
Drop box services: In those stores with lower customer volume, we have created a drop box program to extend the full range of services to all of your customer base. Cartridges received through this method can be filled during down time at your refill centers. Logistics can be established to insure a 48 hour turnaround of finished product, throughtout your store system.
Recycle program: Provide a location for your customers to be environmentally conscience and either recycle their empty cartridges or discard them safely. This program is not only something that a good corporate citizen should do, but also provides some usable cartridges for refilling and creates a mindset of associating your store with home printing products.
