How it Works
Our products are 100% guaranteed. The inks we use are specifically selected to work for a particular cartridge to ensure you get a high-quality print each and every time.

• Register to receive your prepaid envelope and instructions on how to mail in your cartridge for a refill.
• We receive your cartridge, test it and refill it with high-quality ink.
• We return the refilled cartridge with another pre-paid.

What happens if my cartridge can't be refilled?
At the time of mailing in your cartridge, you indicate if you want:

• A refurbished replacement, if available.
• Your empty cartridge returned.
• Your empty cartridge properly disposed.
