How it Works


Most arrangements will be documented in a multi-year contract detailing our specific responsibilities and providing an outline of the fee structure and other compensation that will be earned in the process. As with all negotiations, a customized financial solution can be acheived, but there are three components that are present in all programs.

Simplified contractual arrangements.

Setup Fee: For all stores that will contain an inkjet refilling center, there will be a one time setup fee; advanced staffing and training, accumulated marketing data, equipment design and negotiation, installation, and initial in-store support.

Monthly Service Fee: A flat rate will be charged monthly for all refill centers to compensate for all the activities outlined in TCO Services. We will maintain the optimal level of service managers to insure that all locations are reviewed in a timely manner and agreed to customer service levels are met.

Monthly Revenue Sharing: A small percentage of monthly revenue is normally negotiated, to properly provide an incentive for TCO to focus on revenue growth.

There are several other vendor related pricing considerations that can be settled in various different ways depending on your preference.
