ACCOUNT AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Our account manager will have complete responsibility to deliver all aspects of our program and provide timely reports to your internal designee. He or she and their staff will; resolve equipment issues, update manuals, review financial performance, execute ongoing training for new cartridges and technology changes, provide technical support and software upgrades, manage inventory, and support drop box locations. |
